About Us

Remedial Massage Therapist and mother of three, Carolyn Sharkey grew up in Melbourne’s outer east.

In 2005, Carolyn completed her Certificate IV in massage therapy, specialising in both relaxation and sports massage.  Shortly after graduating, Carolyn created Synergy Massage Therapy and worked on a voluntary basis doing massage for Collingwood football team.

“In 2015 I completed a Diploma of Remedial Massage to further my skills, going on to work in a number of chiropractic clinics.  As the majority of my clients have presented with pain resulting from poor posture associated with desk jobs, I have developed a particular interest in the area of headaches, shoulder and back pain caused by poor posture in school and the work place.”
